By visiting and using our website and purchasing our products you agree to the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully. These may change from time to time so please check back occasionally to confirm you still agree.

Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Orders must be placed through the website checkout and can be paid for by either Bank Deposit (account details will be confirmed upon submitting your order), credit card or PartPay. Payment is required at the time of checkout or in the case of bank deposit, within 2 working days of your order being received. We reserve the right to cancel orders that have not been paid within 2 working days without giving further notice.

We reserve the right to charge overdue fees, interest and collection costs on all unpaid accounts.


All of our instock products are right here on our website, to place an online order:

1. Click on the item you would like, in the qty box enter the number of items you would like to purchase, select any options (ie size/colour etc) that may be applicable and click add to cart. 

2. After you have added everything you want to order to your cart, click on the shopping cart button on the top right hand side of the page - this will take you to the shopping cart page

3. Make any adjustments needed and then press the checkout button. 

4. Fill in your delivery and payment information and then press the place order button.

Note: at times we may have stock being shipped to us which can be preordered from the website. If this is the case it will be clearly noted (along with an estimated arrival date) in the product information. If you order any products noted as a preorder, your order will only be shipped once all items are available to send. Please submit a separate order if there is anything currently in stock that you would like to receive immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer flat rate charge of $6.50 for shipping, packaging and handling within New Zealand for orders under $100. Shipping for orders over $100 is free. We do our best to pack your order within one day of your payment being received and you will receive an email to confirm the tracking details of your package once it has been dispatched. You can expect to have your package delivered within 1-2 working days from the time it is shipped in most cases. Rural delivery can take a day or two longer.

You have the option at checkout to give authority to the courier to leave your parcel. If you would like your parcel left in a particular place, please not this in the 'extra instructions' section on the checkout page. If you don't give authority to leave, we will send as signature required.

If you don’t receive your parcel or there are problems with it when you receive it please let us know by sending an email to so we can fix it for you as soon as possible.

Returns, Warranty & Replacements

We manufacture our products to the highest standard, but if in the unlikely event you have a problem with your nappies please email us ( with the details as soon as you note the fault and we will repair or replace your products at our discretion. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

Our standard warranty is 6 months from purchase date or the birth of your child (whichever is the later) as we understand sometimes you buy nappies well in advance. Bubblebubs NZ does not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during the care of an item, such as washing or drying.

If you change your mind, that’s ok! If we haven’t shipped your order, please email us ( and we will cancel it and refund you straight away. If your order has been shipped or received please also email us for further instructions.

Please note, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition: that means unworn, unwashed and free from odour (i.e. cigarette smoke) and pet hair. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Bubblebubs NZ will not refund original delivery charges or any delivery charges incurred by the customer in returning items to us. Therefore, any refunds will be made less the amount for shipping that was charged at the time you made your order. Any replacement products will be shipped for free.

We also cannot provide a refund if goods are delayed in transit beyond our control.

Nappy Guarantee

We pride ourselves on having the best products on the market. We know you will love our nappies once you try them and if you don't we will give you a refund (less any shipping costs)! This gives you the chance to wash, wear and really trial our nappies before buying more! More information here

Privacy & Security

Your information is never shared with anyone, we maintain our own website and have full control over the security of your data to ensure that it meets our high standards. Rest assured we take your privacy very seriously.


Select PartPay at checkout, sign up or sign in online at PartPay, pay the first 25% of your order immediately and we'll send your order out straight away. You then pay the remaining balance off in 3 equal instalments every fortnight - there's no extra charges or interest, provided you make all your payments on time.

If you would like to lay by your order, please select the lay by option on the checkout page.

A 20% deposit is required on order confirmation and the balance is to be paid over the following two months at an amount/frequency that suits you. All layby orders must be paid via automatic payment so regular payments are received through the course of the layby.

In the event that you decide to cancel your layby, you will be refunded for the total of the payments made less a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee of the original layby amount.
